When I stopped to see what these people were demonstrating about, the woman in the foreground, who identified herself as Debra, shook my hand and took a few minutes to tell me what they were demonstrating about. She explained that while they are not racists, they're very upset about the situation with undocumented immigrants. What followed was not so much a discussion as a diatribe about the loss of the "American Dream" and the Spanish-speaking people they believe are responsible.
