Found this unusual structure in San Luis, Colorado which happens to be the oldest city in Colorado. I tried researching the date and can't come up with anything whatsoever. I thought maybe since the structure is located next to a school and the playground can be seen in the background, I am guessing maybe a district team champion of some sort.
