This is a pic of a hotel near where I live in Leeds (the same one as in "Under Construction"). I took the first exposure, then re-cocked the shutter and turned the camera upside down, balancing it on the tripod. I then took another exposure which alighted perfectly with eh first as I planned.

Well done, the effect is amazing. My double expousures are always random and the result is not even close to that. Beautiful job.
