Nurjanah, 21 years old, at her home in Aceh Besar, Indonesia. She has been paralyzed since 4 months old. Her family is so poor and they are not able to get medical treatment for Nurjanah.

One of the most powerful photos I've seen on here in a long time. Coming across a photo (and photographer), like this, makes trawling through some of the less talented people worthwhile. Well done, this is the sort of story that needs to be told.
