Alexa Wong rolls her eyes when her grandmother asks her to smile for the nice photographer. Wong and her family were at the Village Green in Incline Village because her grandfather, Hal, was one of the veterans honored with a ceremony as a part of the Red, White, & Tahoe Blue celebration
