What a double-take. The power of the intense, controlled gaze of this Los Angeles Fire Department band drummer was in such stark contrast to the open-mouthed rage of the man in the movie poster. I considered walking up to the fire fighter to say what a striking scene he helped make as he waited to march up 5th Avenue in NYC's St. Patrick's Day Parade, but quickly decided to heed this lesson in the power of silence.
