Submitted to Photo Challenge: Nature Conquers Man
During a visit to Wisconsin, years ago, I came upon a fabulous classic car graveyard. Rows and rows of older cars, very much past their prime. They were still hauntingly beautiful with the patina of many years applied. The amazing thing was most of the cars were, for the most part, intact. Vandals had not had their way with them. I shot many rolls of film over the years, with both 35mm and a Holga. I'm in the process of drum scanning the film. Sadly, I drove past last year and all the cars were gone.
