sesto fiorentino (firenze), italia • one day after lunch i went for a walk, but all the businesses were closed. it is the norm in this country; everyday between the hours of 1 and 4pm, for what is called the "pausa," everyone goes home for a middle-of-the-day nap, a nice idea. i imagine that's where he was headed.
