The composition, the unquestionable beauty of the model are just great - but personally I feel the lighting lacks warmth and definition. I feel I should be be able to see her eyes better at least - and yeah I do mean her eyes!

you would have to see the set. i was shooting a basic two-light shot so they could cut her out. she's a recording artist. i get bored shooting straight on all the time and i have kind of weird signature thing where i always like to shoot the set. so i turned around and shot into the lights without setting anything else up. i like how intimate it becomes, like you're close to her on couch or in front of a fire or something.
