This photo means a lot to me. This was from the first roll of 120 color film I've ever shot. I was getting a feel for what the images would look like since I was going to be doing a project for my photo class and this was a completely new world.
It also means a lot because I think I captured a very evanescent moment. She was posing for me but I was taking a while to get the focus just right and so she looked down to fix her jacket right as I made the photo. When I got it back from the lab it looked exactly as I knew it would look.
I spent probably an hour in Photoshop getting rid of all the dust and specks that were on the negative, but I would gladly have spent more.
I'm curious to see what everyone else's reaction to this image is. It's a really personal one but perhaps others will like it as well..
