Heading out to Panjshir
Airmen and Soldiers from Bagram Air Field pack into a CH-47 Chinook helicopter to attend a memorial ceremony at Forward Operating Base Lion in the Hindu Kush mountain range of Panjshir Province, Afghanistan. Four members of the province's reconstruction team, including the unit's commander, were killed by a suicide car bomber May 26. More than 75 Airmen, Soldiers and local Afghan leaders attended the ceremony May 31.
