I was shopping in Chinatown & saw this turkisk ice-cream seller, dressed up in his traditional costume, demonstrating how he made his turkish ice-cream. I place my camera at my hip, look through the voew-finder & shoot this candis shot without him purposely posing. I find it most natural & charming this way.
