Honestly... thematically it would have been better to show Sleeping Beauty as a heroin addict... maybe she's asleep on some dirty couch at her dealer's house.

I agree that this is great, love the series, but for some reason I see the heroin addiction as a more fitting situation to the story. Still fantastic though...

What you don't seem to be getting is that in the fairy tale Aurora doesn't wake up for over a hundred years. Her first prince dies .... of OLD AGE. That's kind of what she's getting at here. He's been waiting but she still hasn't woken up yet.
