Airmen on front lines pay tribute
BAGRAM AIR FIELD, Afghanistan -- Airmen from the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing honor guard lower the American flag during a Memorial Day ceremony at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, May 25. The team of seven honor guardsmen raised nearly 50 American flags today for Airmen to send home to friends and loved ones back home. The more than 4,000 Airmen assigned to the wing throughout Afghanistan also reflected on the loss of five Airmen since January.
