It's amazing at what and who you can meet on the streets in Japan and this is one character I ran into in the Chinatown district of Yokohama Japan. He was walking around playing his guitar but he really did need to take more lessons. Whether you are good or not is not the point, it's whether you are ready to rock or not that is.
