Recently captured this in the Tuscan city of Siena from the back balcony of Museo Civico, located in Palazzo Pubblico. At first I was drawn to those beautiful arches, but then the wall beyond it grabbed my attention. First I saw what looked like clouds or waves on the wall and then spotted a ghostly looking figure. I'm still seeing both.

I see the ghost too and he definitely has his hands folded..He's a heavy set ghost with dark hair, if I am seeing the same one and he is looking at the birds on the other side of the open arches.
