It's not only fixated on the America-Theme... But I think it fits into it very well.
Not that i think that Europe is any better but I think in America Sex sells even better... And it's not only Sex that sells... Money is the most important thing and you can get whatever you want with it... Need a bigger car? no problem. need a bigger gun? yeah why not. a "better" wife? No prob...
Makes me wonder where all this is going to end.
