Prayer Time
People worship and pray to Allah every Friday in these streets of downtown Cairo. I was told that a particular hotel had a nice viewpoint of the scene, so on Thursday I went to the hotel to check it out. The owner said I could come back tomorrow and use the balcony from a dorm room which overlooks this fruit market, very generously. So, I waited an hour at midday until the moment when everyone prays in unison on green mats laid out especially, and enjoyed the powerful moment while capturing it.
