sunrise at kure beach, nc. we have been vacationing here since i was a kid back in the 60's. now it is a place my wife and i enjoy going. i love getting up just before sunrise and walking the beach when everyone else is still sleeping. then enjoy watching the sun rising up out of the sea. the sound of the waves crashing, the birds singing, the sun rising. that is all the therapy i need.
