it was a beautiful saturday morning. i was on my way to delaware, i take the scene route 13. i like route 13 because it’s a much needed break from the long unforgiving battle on I-95. so anyway, i decided to check out one of my favorite spots along the delaware river. i walk down the dock and at the end were these three folding beach chairs just sitting there watching the most remarkable view i have ever seen. i stood there and took in this spectacle. i soon forgot about our inability to solve underlying social and economic problems. i forgot about the new pandemic and the north korea threat. i had to capture this memorable moment to remember that feeling.
