re: "original" bodyscapes: you can't (or shouldn't try to) trademark the name of an artistic technique. A lot of people call their work "bodyscapes." What I like about this photo is the tension of the dichotomy between the figurines, which seem very real, and the personality of the equally "alive" model. bodyscapes.com just treats women's bodies as objects. The model is actively contributing to the emotional content of this photo, and that makes this example of the bodyscapes technique so compelling.
