he's put on a little weight and is keeping pretty healthy. he's also discovered that he loves taking naps in the sun, preferably while being held.

i still miss this little baby like we lost him yesterday, even though it's been about six months. he came in so thin...but we had a good five weeks together. i would visit him every day, hand feed him, and let him take a nap in my lap. after what he had been through, it's the least i could do. his "owner" had abandoned him and his brother in an automobile for weeks. both had weakened immune systems and were horribly emaciated. at least, when he passed, he had had over a month of food in his belly, a comfy bed, shelter from the heat, and the constant love of several people. he was my little lamb.
