if you could only take one more picture, what would you want to show me? what would you want me to see? this is what i would want you to see.

this is my most viewed photo, and people mail me to ask me questions about it forsaking the others...but it has few favorites, and few comments...have we become afraid of what is real?

In the story broken and the story bodies.

Moody and interesting; the picture compels me to know more about the circumstances and the person; well done!

we are afraid of what is real.
we dont even know what is real.
we dont even care to know.
we only see what we already think about.
    what do we know?
this photo here(1) might be the last picture i'd want to show you.
and this one here(2) might be the last photo i'd want you to see.
not many views, no favorites, one comment.
and i was dying in a hospital.
we've always been afraid of what's real.

Your are simply a beautiful human being....nothing more nothing less... The emotion you portray in all your work deserves attention, deserves to be viewed by the world, deserves love.

I think we view, & re-view this Photo because we can relate to the emotion, but we don't favorite it because we wish we didn't, or don't like to be reminded that we still do sometimes??? :-((

Painful, raw, emotional. Gorgeous and well done. You really put yourself out there for all to see. It is moving and beautiful and without knowing why, I think we would all like to give you a hug.

  • John Linton

Yes, 1000 words worthy indeed, but I'm having a hard time coming up with just the right emotion needed to begin the story. Just when I think I have it I change my mind. For me that's why this shot is so exceptional.
