He was from Detroit.
I met this man in downtown Houston. I sat down with him and bought him breakfast and just talked. He had moved down from Detroit in search of work.

Living near detroit I see this everyday, its heartbreaking. I always wanted to capture this, but I was always afraid too. This is a beautiful photograph.
