I live not too far from Over The Rhine near downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. This beautiful symbol is unfortunately viewed by many suburbanites as a landmark to let them know they're getting too close to the ghetto.
Thousands of cars speed past this structure every day going to and from work, but few people ever stop here long enough to see the beauty in Over The Rhine.
