Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II
Joey dropped my Canon EF 28-135mm last week, So I'm looking for a new lens to replace it. I'm thinking about getting the Canon EF 700-300mm f/4. I bought this one in between until I decide. It's not too bad, but the body is made out of plastic. It's fun for now.

50mm used to be the standard lens size that came with SLRs. Nikon and Canon bith make very good prime lenses. F1.8 creates such depth of field. How did you manage to live without it?

What a tender moment between good friends. I can just imagine the houndy noises they're making.
