Although the fountain kind of gives it away, this is one of my first attempts to produce the "fake miniature" or "tilt-shift" look.
The inspiration photo (titled "Tractor Home" by Jason Jue) is a lot more convincing. I'm still learning the technique. The photograph that was the inspiration can be found at the link below.
