I had this flower posted, but deleted it, to repost in honor of my friend, Dawn.
Dawn was only 34, and Friday Feb. 6th, she lost her battle to breast cancer. She was one of the beautiful women in my online support group, Breastcancer.org.
We will miss you, Dawn, and the fight goes on.................

Yes, anyone who battles cancer is a hero whether they are a survivor or those who lost the battle.
