Remember when pet rocks were popular? When I looked at the thumbnail photo I thought for a moment....well, never mind. After looking at the larger view and reading the wiki, once again I am a more learned person.

my first thought was... "i expected it to be much bigger", now through your thoughtful lesson, i'm thinking "poor rock has had a rough time since those pilgrims first set foot on it"

You captured just as it is! A giant potato! We made a pilgrimage (no pun intended) to Plymouth back in the 80s and remarked to each other, "it looks like a giant baked potato!"
