I quit 3 years ago, after smoking for 30 years, by doing "laser therapy." It was the best $300 I ever spent. I couldn't believe how easy it was in comparison to all the other methods in which I tried to quit over the years. There are several companies out there that do laser therapy so do your research but this may help to answer some questions: http://www.lasercare.us/ for all intents and purposes, smoking raises the endorphin levels in your brain. What the laser therapy does is raise your endorphin levels so your brain doesn't know that you're not getting nicotine. While it won't cure the habit, it will cure the physical withdrawal symptoms. You know that withdrawal symptoms, the ones where it feel like a cat is trapped in your lungs and is scratching get out? Those. It will cure those symptoms. Research has shown that it's more difficult for women to quit smoking than men seeing that women are more emotionally tied to their cigarettes than men BUT millions of women have quit successfully and you can be the one millionth and one!! Best of luck to you.

thanks richard but to be frank with you my feeling is it's all in your own head and then in your own hand and certainly at your own expense, so unless I'm a moron, I can't rationalize something so evil....ugly....and nasty.
it's up to me, not any programs not patches not gum....me...besides, it's really messing up my youthful appearance j/k -

Cool shot. I tried smoking in my early teens and didn't like it...of course the fact I used the Japanese cigarettes my father had brought back from the war and had sat around for about a dozen years before I tried them might have something to do with my desire never to try that again.
