Food junkies like those who keep refreshing the pages of Chowhound or rereard Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain will appreciate the raw nature of sushi being served right out of the Ocean. An Italian tourist on Palomino Island, just off the shore of the El Conquistador resort in Fajardo Puerto Rico, fished out this giant sea urchin and broke it open with a hunting knife. He then extended his hand to us for a taste of the meat.
