This is the base of a tall water feature ( actually a cluster of 4 columns). Made of aluminum sheet and copper.

    I look at this and am transplanted into the surreality of Isaac Asimov's "Foundation". Would have worked great as a "World of Tomorrow" shot, but works very well here as well. Nice eye.
