My birthday was last Wednesday and so I wanted a three tier cake but everyone we called to make one wanted a weeks notice and since I was celebrating on Saturday I decided to make it myself. "And when you have friends, things like these are never impossible." A phone call later and I was set to make one with 2 friends and my boyfriend helped too (mainly licking the batter though =p)
So anyway its Monday and all thats left is a portion of the bottom tier which people who couldn't make it on Saturday wanna come over and have some. So my guess is this will be all done in days.
It was all done Friday afternoon (baking and left to cool) and Saturday morning (icing)
