Man making a net on an island
Submitted to Recurring Theme: Nice to Meet You
I met this man on Burano Island near Venice, Italy. He was making a net and I wanted to take his photograph. In my best Italian, I tried to ask if it was OK to take his photo, which he allowed. Very few words were exchanged but I enjoyed watching him at his craft.
