She lives in old San Juan. Alone and in a neighborhood that has changed dramatically on her lifetime. She worries about her health and how she's going to get help if things turn "ugly".
She's getting old and her world does not seem to notice. She's alone.

Yes, great documentary photo. It reminds me of many seniors I have seen in public stores and what not. They are indeed alone. Our society is blind to the aging.
