i took this photo in june of 2007, i think mine and yours are very similar, with respect to the subject...
yours is more dramatic, and i like the strong tonalities here :) my favorite part is the black water, i love it. lately i've been thinking of attempting a black & white photo that exhibits pure blacks and whites, especially something containing water :)

Excellent, all around. The vertical crop accentuates the upward reach of the buildings, while allowing the storm clouds to dwarf them. Very well done!
