this image has a lot of potential, I see what you are trying to do with the composition, and it is so close to working. Maybe its because the perspective is slightly skewed from looking up at it? I am not sure if I like the horizen being cut at the vehicles tires either. Maybe pulling back a little bit, and leveling out the camera to avoid skewing the perspective. I like the reflections in the windows, it adds something to it as well. I really like the random pole, its fun to break up a smooth composition with something like that. :)
