Stripped.

Our society so often forgets how much makeup, or long hair affects our views of women. For me, Sammi, the model in this photo is a prime example of this. She is the opposite of how society traditionally depicts a beautiful woman, she has short hair, wears little or no makeup, has a quite punky, boyish style and is very androgynous in her appearance, yet it is this that also leads her to leave both men and women quite spellbound by her beauty.

This is the most raw shot I think I could take of her, yet she still looks beautiful. She has no makeup on, her hair is literally left how it was when she woke up from the bed and her slim figure gives hints of both genders. For me, this is true beauty in gender, because Sammi is so comfortable in herself that she does not allow society to dictate how she should appear because of her gender.

Female does not necessarily mean feminine, it can mean whatever you want.
