The photo was taken at the Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport in 2003 (when it was still called Lyon Satolas).
I think this part looks like a long dragon sleeping on the ground, with its long scally neck and large head.
Unfortunately the shot was taken with my old PowerShot A70, and is bordering the max interpolated resolution of the camera, which explain the blurry look...
