Detail of my dining room chandelier. I love stained glass, so it was a natural subject! As a younger man, I came very close to studying architecture as my career, but instead have made it a lifelong hobby and creative outlet, so my Craftsman Bungalow house and the details inside are very much an extension of myself. I love the simplicity of coming home to sincere craftsmanship and hand made construction after a hard day of taking care of technology issues. I view it as much of a respite from the information age as the people building these homes in the early 20th Century felt it was a break from the industrial revolution!
