In the heart of bustling Hanoi, Ngoc Son temple offers a (literal) island of tranquility. Perched on a small piece of land in the middle of Hoan Kiem lake and dedicated to the great tortoise said to inhabit the waters, this buddhist temple offers city residents a zen retreat from the noise and traffic of the surrounding city.

I agree with Fraser. I like the composition too---incense burning gives atmosphere and there's enough space for the man to walk into.
