It was a simple wallk through the park with my son back in August. It'd been a long day out with the camera and friends. We decided to slow down a bit and just...stroll. It was worth it, too.
I happened upon this shady spot where I instantly felt refreshed. And then I saw the way the light caught the leaves, gently swaying in the breeze. That was it. I was a goner. I sat myself down, breathed in deeply, exhaled slowly, and then proceeded to just "be". I was good to go for many more hours after that moment of zen.
