A Place to Lie out of the Cold
Two men prepare for sleep in the alleys of Kolkata. they share this Two story apartment with another pair of men, occupying the bottom floor. Their home is about 60 square ft X 5 ft high, which is quite a luxury as many of their neighbors sleep under the stars.
The man on the left is lighting a mosquito repellant to ward off malaria.
Graciously, they allowed me to take investigate their home. They have such happiness for having so little.
As they say when in rome. Directly after this, i went to the small market down the street and bought a box of mosquito repellent.
