I can't particularly say what it is that drew me to take this shot other than the way these fish were laid out on display. I guess it reminded my of my old military days I guess and morning formations. But add to that wll the tags "informing" potential customers of the price per gram and the play on words gave me the inspiration for the title.

    What color - but I didn't think you could eat parrotfish. We didn't in the Florida Keys.

    Mostly they're cut up for sashimi but it's also used in soup stock. If there is a way to cook it, the Okinawan's will find it!
