People are everywhere. Hundreds of luminarias light the adobe church across the street. Arms folded to shut out the cold, I glance backwards towards the gazebo and find myself taken by the sight of slowly rising steam off of a cup of hot chocolate in a little girl’s mitten-covered hands until the sound of a closing shutter turns me back towards my tripod. I press the “review” button, glance at my LCD… and smile.
