Modern "nutrition"
My entry for Health / Diet.
This image was created long ago, in the 1980s when I self-published a newsletter on natural health, as a commentary on modern "nutrition".
It might be interpreted two ways.
The original was to show the warp thinking of many modern nutritionists, doctors and even "natural health practitioners" who believe that nutrition comes from pills rather than from real food.
Another interpretation, which I just thought about, is how modern argriculture - particularly the use of chemical fertilizers - has made foods so unnatural and lacking in nutrients that, unfortunately, they need to be supplemented by "nutritional supplements."

Looks like my breakfast...I do eat some real food later, when I take my break at work.
