This blunt command on a street in Montevideo, Uruguay says it plainly--GO VOTE! and with voting comes hope just like the small branch in the upper left corner has beat the odds and broken thru the concrete wall: The Freedom to Vote--one of the greatest democratic breakthroughs in the world.The rainbow in the lower right promises a brighter tomorrow. Get out and vote!
