so beautiful. i can hear the jazz phrases of a saxaphone running in this photo, skittinbg, and scatting, and bebopping along quietly in one of those out of the way smoking dingy dives that always have the best jazz in town. this photo is like all the best jazz solos art pepper ever recorded, or the best melodies johnny hodges ever played to in Duke's band. i love the way the shadows blend in your photo, the hanging necklace like an unfinished novel. this is a perfect example of the relationship between positive and negative space, and because i'm trying to write a little write up about it to go along with my "1+1+1=4, The yin and yang of positive and negatve space" i wish to hell i wouldve taken this photo! this and all your work is high-end, top-notch, high-dollar, money shots.
