France, in the Mount St Michel bay. Just before tide raises again. In this area they are the second strongest in the world (after Newfoundland), the difference between high and low tide- can reach up to 15 meters (50 feet).
A place I go back over the years, 600 km from home, and it feels home. I know some secret paths, far away from crowds...it is ever changing, simple beauty, a balm for the heart and soul.
