This photo was taken Aug, 2007 in Hilo,Hi on Richardson Beach just before sunset meanwhile bands of heavy rain were coming and going periodically as Flossie a cat 3 Hurricane was approching from the south the previous night a 5.3 earthquake rattled the area (the local take on the matter Pele goddess of the Volcano's wasn't going to let the much publicized Flossie to run the show.)
P.S. incidentaly Tuesday the day after the earthquake the storm was droped to a Cat 2 and turned out to be mostly a bust in fact in the Hilo area this is the worst the weather got
